Artifacts can be described in detail, including a Name, Short Summary and a rich Description using our unique Block editor which allows multiple people to work on the same item simultaneously, as well as synchronizing content with other artifacts in real-time.
Tired of having your requirements documents out of sync with the task descriptions or other artifacts in your project management system? Proceve’s unique data architecture allows you to write a document and then embed select parts of it into other artifacts. If/when that description is updated anywhere (e.g. in a document, the task artifact, a requirement artifact, etc) it is simultaneously updated everywhere.
Moreover, if another user is editing that text, it is locked and you can see that someone is working on it, in real-time. Once they are done, your copy will be updated immediately to reflect their changes, allowing for dramatically improved collaboration.
