Create and Manage Teams at Any Scale.

Define Unlimited Teams

Proceve allows you to define as many Teams as you need.

  • Assign each Team a Unique Name & Avatar
  • Teams are associated with your Account not a specific Project

Create Sub-Teams

You are able to create Sub-Teams with as many layers of depth as you need in order to better organize them.

  • Define Sub-Teams along Organizational Structure
  • Define Sub-Teams by Skillsets

How you organize your Teams is up to you, we give you the flexibility to do it any way you want.

 

Assign Teams

While every Project has at least one Team assigned to it, you are able to assign as many as you like.

  • Reuse Existing Teams
  • Assign Teams Full-Time or Fractionally to one or more Projects 
  • Define the percentage allocation of the Team to any given Project

Invite Team Members

Invite as many Members to Teams.

  • Allocate Members to one or more Teams
  • Define the Members allocation Percentage to each Team
  • Revoke Membership in a Team
  • Assign Roles within a Team
