Never have to manually duplicate or update Content in multiple places again!
Link or Embed Content From One Document or Artifact Into Another
Proceve’s unique Content Architecture allows you to select all or some of the Content in one Document or Artifact and use it somewhere else, while maintaining an understanding of everywhere that Content has been referenced.
Examples:
- Write Requirements in a Document then create individual Requirements Artifacts from that same Content.
- Write a Requirements Artifact, then Create a Task that implements the Requirement and include a complete and annotated copy of the Requirements description in the Task so it is readily available to the Person executing the Task.
Content Changes Are Reflected Everywhere
Changes made to Content in one place are immediately reflected everywhere that Content has been Linked or Embedded.
Examples:
- Update a Requirement in your Requirements Document and it will immediately update in the linked Requirement Artifact.
- Update a Requirement Artifact and the copy of that Requirements description that was Embedded in the associated Task will also be updated in Real-Time.
Available Everywhere
This capability is available everywhere Content can be Created and/or edited in Proceve.
- Create a Requirement Artifact using the Content of a Message in the Chat
- Create a Message using the description of a Requirement or Task
- Create a Document from one or more Requirements
